Project Ninety-Six was conceived initially as a flat roofed two storey development with inspiration drawn from the small number of flat roofed post war modernist homes in the local Bentleigh East area. Designed with large floor to ceiling expanses of glass and incorporating courtyard design due to block orientation the end result is a modernist interpretation of existing pitched roof post war homes in the Bentleigh East Area.
